Colombaio’s cooking class
Life is so incredible ! In these last two months I have known so many nice people and they all taught me something….it is really true that my job is more than teaching how to cook …. Yes, food is important, but what can happen during and after a cooking class is something magic. The acquaintance of these nice people made me feel like a dinner among friends, all of them have been so nice and gregarious and thanks to them I knew the Polo world ! They all were curious about making pasta and we prepare together this recipes : Tagliatelle with ragout and Ravioli with butter and cheese . Because they love Panna Cotta we prepare it with berry sauce and fresh berries.
