    This is the sweetest temptation I can’t resist !

    It is the fluffy taste of the chocolate pastry that turn into the warm and soft liquid chocolate. Amazing!

    It is a very easy to do recipe that you can prepare anytime you have some friends at home or in special occasion… for example to charm your better half 😉

    Melting

    Melt the dark chocolate with the butter at waterbath.

    mix eggs

    In a bowl put the two eggs and the yolk with the icing sugar. Start whiping till the mixture change the color in a pale yellow.
    Add the flour and the mixture of butter and chocolate, well melted but not too hot.

    Pour the mixture into the cake molds

    Pour the mixture into the molds half a centimetre from the edge.
    Put into the oven pre-heaten at 200 °C for 7/8 minutes.
    When they are baked wait 5 minutes and then flip them on a tray. Drizzle with icing sugar and serve.
