This is a recipe invented by me after having found the best way to peel the peppers !

Honestly I love peppers but I haven’t been able to digest them untill now. I used to peel them but not in this way.

So follow my instructions and you won’t be disappointed!

      Steps

      1
      Done

      Cut and clean

With a sharp knife remove the stalk, cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds and white membrane

      2
      Done

      Place peppers on a tray

Put a baking paper an a tray and place the peppers on it, skin side up

      3
      Done

      Bake in the oven

Put the peppers in the oven at 200°C untill their skin blackens

      4
      Done

      Seal and leave to cool

Once you have taken them out of the oven put them in a plastic box and close immediately.
Let them stay since they get cold

      5
      Done

      Peel the skin and cut

Take a piece at a time and with a knif remove the skin from the pulp. The skin now peel away easily.
Cut them in little stripes and then mix together with whatever you like most. I used tuna fish, capers, chili pepper seeds and extra virgin olive oil
